| 1. | Take Interstate 5 South… to the Border |
| 2. | Follow Road to-- “Rosarito-Ensenada Scenic/Toll Road”. |
| 3. | STAY IN THE THIRD LANE “FROM THE LEFT”! |
| 4. | Follow the sign-- “Rosarito- Ensenada Scenic/Toll Road”, watch signs, there will be a sharp left ! |
| 5. | After about 5 miles, take “Rosarito- Ensenada” cutoff to the right. |
| 6. | It will be an 8 mile drive to the toll-booth. (The toll will be approximately $2.25) |
| 7. | The First exit, after the toll, will be “LaJoya”, the second exit will be “ Punta Bandera/Punta Del Mar”…exit here! |
| 8. | Follow “Punta Bandera” exit to the right -- (It is a very steep drop-off) |
| 9. | Follow this road to the gate, which will be the second gate you come to at the end… |
| 10. | Make a right turn onto second block, to the ocean front road , which is Calle/Bonmapak… Turn left… |
| 11. | Follow this road to #16 Calle/Bonmapak”, it is a blue ocean front home!!!-You will need a remote |

| **If the entrance gate to the community is closed: Walk through the gate on the right side to “#16 Ocean Front Road” -- However, the gate will open automatically when leaving. |

| **Directions to the back beach down below: Walk right out of the house, continue all the way to the end of the community…“to the gray fence”; You will also need a code to get through the back gate onto the beach…This new code is located on the refrigerator… |

| There are private beaches below which can be accessed by using the rear gate downstairs; When downstairs, which is the beach level, walk to the left, around the point, then to the right, where you see the Gazebo. Make sure you go at low tide… |

| Moreover, there are 3 exits into Rosarito: Off the 1st exit, there is a new “Calimax” supermarket! Continue south and you will find restaurant, named “Ortega’s”, where they have a great buffet for about $5.95! Furthermore, the following exit from house, “Real Del Mar”, you will find the Marriott, where there are Three great restaurants, a Pool, a Jacuzzi, a golf/tennis court, free happy hour, etc, etc. -- On the other hand, off the 2nd exit, if you need anything , there is a great supermarket called the “Commercial”, you can find what you need there. --‘You can get there by taking a left at the main street’…then just look for the ‘Pelican Logo’. Finally, off the 3rd exit, you will find the famous “Rosarito Hotel” and “Festival Plaza”, with many clubs and restaurants. |

| IMPROTANT: -- When returning from Rosarito Beach, or any other area south of the house, remember to “always” use the ‘Scenic/Toll Road’, North, towards Tijuana, to return to the Punta Bandera exit! “Or you will not get home”! |
